Field work is offered case by case, follows travel risk management guidance and never involves illegal collection or surveillance of individuals.

When you need ground truth
Open information goes quiet or contradicts itself exactly when decisions get hard: after unrest, during a blockade, in remote mining regions or at a supplier that has stopped answering. That is when a local view is worth the effort.
Zed Three uses field work to confirm or rule out what the desk suspects, not to replace analysis.
Duty of care comes first
Every field engagement has a written travel risk assessment signed off before booking, a check-in schedule and a plan for getting people home. Local partners are part of our duty of care, and their identities stay protected.
Some locations we will not send people to. If we cannot meet our own standard, we decline the work.
What we will not do
No illegal collection, pretexting, hacking, bribery or fake personas. No tracking or profiling of private individuals. No tasking that asks a partner to accept a risk we would not accept ourselves.
Every field client goes through enhanced vetting, including end user and purpose, and a field engagement addendum to the agreement.
